Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SECP’s prosecution and civil litigation strategy in the assigned city, conducting and supervising court proceedings against companies, directors, brokers, and other regulated entities for violations of the Securities Act 2015, Companies Act 2017, and allied regulations.
