KPK Public Service Commission Jobs. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (KPPSC) is the constitutional body responsible for recruiting and promoting civil servants and police officers in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, including the merged districts. Established under Article 242 of the Constitution, KPPSC ensures transparent, merit-based selection for government positions through standardized examinations and rigorous eligibility criteria.

In collaboration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department, KPPSC is conducting a Fast Track Promotion recruitment drive for 738 in-service officers. Positions include Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) BPS-17 (27 posts) , Sub Inspector (SI) BPS-14 (667 posts) , and Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) for Traffic Warden System BPS-11 (44 posts) . Candidates must possess a second-class Bachelor’s degree, have completed probation, and hold valid KP domicile (including merged districts). 4. Do I need to submit documents with my online application?
No. Documents are NOT required at the time of submission. Documents shall be submitted as and when asked for by the Commission.

5. What additional marks are available?

10 additional marks for Quaid-e-Azam Police Medal (QPM) / Pakistan Police Medal (PPM)
05 additional marks for Basic Elite Training Course (six months course)

6. How many attempts are allowed for the promotion examination?
An officer who fails to qualify the examination in three attempts shall not be eligible for the same examination in future.

7. Is there a screening test?
Yes. In case of a large number of applications, a screening test may be held without first holding scrutiny of applications.
