What is the application fee?
The application fee is Rs. 1,500/- (excluding service charges). Deposit through the 1 Bill Option available in banking apps (NBP, UBL, Meezan, Alfalah, BoP, HBL, ABL, BOK, etc.) or microfinance apps (Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Upaisa, etc.).
Who is eligible to apply for these posts?
Selection is on merit for in-service candidates who:
- Hold substantive posts of Superintendents, Private Secretaries, Personal Assistants, Assistants, Senior Scale Stenographers, Stenographers, Data Entry Operators, Computer Operators, Senior & Junior Clerks
- Are borne on the cadre strength of Secretariat
- Possess 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
- Have at least five (5) years of service in the above positions
What is the passing criteria?
- Written Examination: Minimum 40% marks in each individual written paper AND 50% aggregate in written portion
- Viva Voce: Minimum 40% marks (failure or absence means disqualification)
What is the domicile requirement?
Candidates must have Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile. A candidate shall be entitled to only one domicile; otherwise, they become ineligible.
How many chances does a candidate have?
Candidates appearing for competitive examination shall be allowed three chances for each individual examination.
Is there a psychological test?
Yes, before the interview, the Commission will hold a psychological/aptitude test. Failure to appear will disqualify the candidate.
