About the Organization

Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Punjab Jobs 2026. The Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP) is a flagship urban development initiative of the Government of Punjab, implemented through the Local Government & Community Development Department (LG&CDD) with technical and financial support from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The program aims to strengthen urban governance, improve municipal infrastructure, enhance service delivery, and promote sustainable economic growth in Punjab’s intermediate cities.

PICIIP focuses on modernizing urban systems through data-driven planning, enterprise resource planning (ERP), financial accountability, and transparent project execution. The Project Management Unit (PMU) based in Lahore oversees planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of program activities in line with international best practices and ADB guidelines.

To support effective implementation, LG&CDD invites highly qualified, experienced, and Punjab-domiciled professionals to apply for project incremental staff positions on a contract basis.
