Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all facilities management operations for the new Karachi store, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Lead and coordinate housekeeping, electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance teams under a single integrated operation.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruption.
• Manage facilities budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Set and monitor quality standards across all maintenance and housekeeping functions store-wide.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations across the facility.
• Coordinate with store management and senior leadership to align facilities operations with overall business goals.
• Mentor and develop supervisory staff across electrical, mechanical, and housekeeping teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Relevant educational qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience managing housekeeping, electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance teams; 5-star/luxury hotel experience strongly preferred
• Key Skills: Team leadership, budget and vendor management, preventive maintenance planning, quality and safety compliance
• Preferred: Prior experience in the retail sector will be given preference

Electrical Supervisor

• Supervise mechanical technicians, allocating daily tasks and reviewing completed maintenance work.
