Data Entry Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Enter large volumes of data into ICT Police information systems, databases, and electronic records at a minimum rate of 10,000 key depressions per hour with high accuracy.
• Digitize physical records, police reports, personnel data, and case files into departmental databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries.
• Verify and cross-check entered data against source documents to identify and correct errors, maintaining data integrity across all ICT Police information management systems.
• Maintain and update computerized police registers, personnel records, and operational data as directed by the supervising officer or database administrator.
• Generate standard data reports, extracts, and summaries from ICT Police databases as required by supervisors for operational, administrative, or reporting purposes.
• Ensure proper backup and archiving of all digital data entries in compliance with ICT Police’s data management and government cyber security protocols.

Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) – General Cadre

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise Constables and Police Constables under assigned duties, ensuring effective execution of patrolling, beat duties, and law enforcement activities in designated areas of Islamabad.
• Lead investigations of petty offences and assist in more serious criminal investigations under the direction of senior police officers, recording statements and gathering evidence.
• Maintain law and order during public events, protests, VIP movements, and sensitive occasions, coordinating deployment of constables as directed by the Station House Officer (SHO).
• Draft First Information Reports (FIRs), general diaries, and other official police documentation with accuracy and in compliance with Pakistan’s criminal procedure requirements.
• Execute warrants of arrest, conduct searches of premises and persons in accordance with law, and produce arrested individuals before the competent court within legally mandated timeframes.
