Job Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership for the Ministry’s institutional transformation agenda, setting vision, priorities, and execution roadmaps.

• Lead change management initiatives across departments, ensuring smooth transition through periods of organizational transformation and modernization.
• Represent the Ministry at high-level forums, policy dialogues, and inter-governmental coordination meetings related to federal education priorities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher from a recognized university, or equivalent professional distinction
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive position (Vice Chancellor, Dean, CEO, Executive Director, etc.)
• Key Skills: Strategic leadership, institution building, organizational transformation, governance, fundraising and partnership development

Project Director (PD)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of large-scale educational infrastructure projects, including the Daanish Schools to be established across AJ&K, GB, and Balochistan.
• Oversee project execution to ensure full compliance with approved timelines, budgets, and quality and construction standards across all project sites.
• Develop and manage detailed project implementation plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation schedules for mega infrastructure delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, provincial/regional authorities, and the Ministry to resolve execution bottlenecks and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project risk factors, including geographic, logistical, and security challenges specific to remote project locations in AJ&K, GB, and Balochistan.
• Prepare regular progress reports, budget utilization summaries, and milestone updates for the Ministry’s senior leadership and oversight committees.
• Ensure procurement processes for construction materials, equipment, and contractor services comply with public sector procurement regulations.
• Lead quality assurance and project closeout activities, ensuring all completed Daanish School facilities meet design specifications and operational readiness standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 20+ years of progressively responsible experience, including at least 12 years of proven mega project management experience

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the Ministry’s HR strategy in alignment with its broader institutional transformation and modernization agenda.
• Oversee organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives across the Ministry and its attached departments.
• Develop and implement modern HR policies, performance management systems, and HRMIS platforms to improve institutional efficiency.

Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting to support the Ministry’s policy planning and decision-making processes.
• Prepare research briefs, situational analyses, and policy papers on education sector trends, programs, and performance indicators.
• Support monitoring of ongoing Ministry projects and initiatives, including the Daanish Schools program, through data tracking and progress reporting.
