Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for all critical plant equipment, instrumentation, and components.
• Develop and optimize Preventive (PM) and Predictive (PdM) maintenance plans for the electrical systems of the plant.
• Supervise maintenance personnel, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and coordinate cross-functional activities with Operations and other departments.
• Monitor and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts using in-depth knowledge of plant processes, control systems, and electrical infrastructure.
• Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment trips or failures, coordinating multidisciplinary teams on corrective actions.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in planning and executing scheduled outages, and manage work orders through the CMMS.
• Assess spare parts requirements, generate purchase requisitions, evaluate technical quotations, and maintain full EHS compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from a PEC-accredited university
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP)
