Job Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Project Management in accordance with SZABIST’s approved curriculum.
• Design and update course outlines, lecture materials, case studies, and assessment instruments aligned with current industry practices and HEC standards.
• Conduct original research and publish in HEC-recognized and internationally indexed journals to support the department’s research output targets.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, theses, and capstone projects within the relevant specialization area.
• Participate in curriculum development committees, academic council meetings, and program accreditation activities for the Management Sciences department.
• Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career planning, and professional development within the business and management disciplines.
• Engage with industry partners to facilitate internships, guest lectures, and applied learning opportunities for students in Marketing, Analytics, or Project Management.
• Contribute to departmental administrative responsibilities including exam invigilation, grading, and participation in faculty development workshops.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Degree from an HEC-recognized institute, with rank-appropriate terminal degree (PhD for Associate Professor/Assistant Professor, per HEC criteria)
• Experience & Publications: As per HEC appointment criteria for the respective faculty rank (Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Senior Lecturer, or Lecturer)
• Key Skills: Subject matter expertise in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Project Management; research publication record; effective classroom delivery

Job Responsibilities

• Teach specialized courses in Immersive Technologies, Advertising, or Film/TV Production at undergraduate and graduate levels within the Media Sciences program.
• Develop hands-on studio and production-based learning experiences, integrating industry-standard tools and emerging media technologies into coursework.
• Lead and publish original research in media studies, immersive technology, or advertising effectiveness in HEC-recognized academic journals.
• Supervise student film, advertising campaign, and immersive media capstone projects, providing creative and technical mentorship throughout production.
• Maintain and oversee the use of media production equipment, editing suites, and immersive technology labs in coordination with department staff.
• Build relationships with media houses, advertising agencies, and production studios to facilitate student internships and guest lecture opportunities.
• Participate in curriculum review committees to ensure the Media Sciences program remains current with industry trends and technological advancements.
• Represent the department at academic conferences, media festivals, and industry events to enhance SZABIST’s visibility in the media sciences field.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach core and specialized courses in Computer Sciences, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Cyber Security, or Software Engineering across degree programs.
• Design and continuously update curriculum, lab exercises, and assessment frameworks to reflect the latest advances in AI, data science, and cybersecurity.
• Conduct and publish original research in HEC-recognized and internationally indexed journals within the candidate’s area of computing specialization.
• Supervise undergraduate and graduate student projects, theses, and capstone work in software development, AI/ML systems, or security research.
• Establish and maintain industry linkages with technology companies to facilitate internships, applied research collaborations, and guest lectures.
• Mentor students in competitive programming, hackathons, AI/robotics competitions, and other extracurricular technical activities.
• Contribute to departmental accreditation processes, including documentation and compliance with HEC and accreditation body requirements for computing programs.
• Participate in faculty research groups and interdisciplinary initiatives that bridge Computer Sciences with Robotics, AI, and emerging technology applications.
