• Maintain inventory records of hostel assets, equipment, and supplies, coordinating timely replenishment
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, facilities, and security departments for smooth hostel operations

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or Facilities Management
• Additional certification in facilities management or operations preferred (not mandatory)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in residential facilities management, administration, or operations

• Vendor coordination, maintenance supervision, and service delivery management

2. Manager Student Recruitment and Outreach

Role Purpose: Lead and execute strategic outreach initiatives to enhance IBA’s institutional visibility, strengthen engagement with schools, the corporate sector, and external stakeholders, and support student recruitment and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate annual outreach strategies to promote IBA Karachi’s programs and initiatives
• Build and maintain outreach networks with corporate organizations, schools, colleges, NGOs, and government institutions
• Identify and facilitate partnership opportunities with national and international organizations
• Represent IBA Karachi at conferences, career fairs, education expos, and public events
• Coordinate with the Admissions team to align outreach initiatives with student recruitment targets
• Organize school and college visits, seminars, and information sessions at Main and City Campuses
• Manage a comprehensive database of outreach contacts, institutional partners, and stakeholders
• Support fundraising, CSR, sponsorship, and donor engagement initiatives in coordination with Resource Mobilization
