Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with industry partners, academia, and government stakeholders on Ignite’s collaborative initiatives.
  • Facilitate the development and execution of partnership agreements and joint programs.
  • Support project management and monitoring for ongoing collaborative technology and R&D initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing collaborative project progress.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and events with partner organizations and stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables and timelines for collaborative projects and flag delays to management.
  • Maintain a database of partner organizations, MoUs, and collaboration agreements.
  • Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities aligned with Ignite’s innovation and funding mandate.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in collaboration, partnerships, project management, or related fields
  • Key Skills: Stakeholder management, communication and negotiation, project management, MS Office, collaboration tools
  • Employment Type: Contract, renewable based on performance
