Scanning Operator (Project-Based)

Job Responsibilities

• Scan and digitize old NADRA records at a minimum rate of 400 pages per day.
• Ensure scanned images meet required quality standards for clarity, resolution, and completeness.
• Organize and categorize physical documents before and after scanning in accordance with archiving procedures.
• Report daily scanning output accurately for incentive calculation and productivity tracking.
• Handle physical records with care to preserve document integrity throughout the archiving process.
• Flag damaged, illegible, or duplicate documents to supervisors for further assessment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with NADRA’s document management standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Intermediate (HSSC / FA / FSc)
• Age Limit: Maximum 25 years (5-year relaxation already included)

Deputy Director (Database Security) – Contractual

Job Responsibilities

• Administer, manage, and secure NADRA’s production databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) at the national level.
• Develop and enforce database security policies, access controls, and audit trail mechanisms.
• Monitor database systems continuously for performance, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access attempts.
• Lead database incident response, forensic investigation, and recovery activities.
• Plan and execute database capacity management, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and network teams to ensure end-to-end data protection across NADRA’s infrastructure.
• Maintain compliance with applicable data security regulations and NADRA’s internal governance frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior database security staff and review technical documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s (4 years) in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or Information Security from an HEC recognized university (degrees must be HEC-attested); Master’s preferred
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on technical experience in administration, management, and security of databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)

• Support administration and security monitoring of NADRA’s database systems and associated infrastructure.
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans of database environments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Assist in implementing access control policies, role-based permissions, and audit logging mechanisms.
• Respond to database security incidents, contribute to forensic analysis, and support remediation efforts.
• Monitor database logs and alerts, escalating anomalies and unauthorized activities to senior staff.

Assistant Director (Network Engineer – Core Networks) – Contractual

• Design, configure, and maintain NADRA’s core network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor core network performance and ensure continuous, reliable connectivity across all NADRA sites nationwide.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network faults and connectivity issues affecting NADRA’s citizen-facing and internal systems.
• Implement and maintain network security controls including VPNs, access control lists, and segmentation policies.
• Support planning and execution of core network upgrades, expansions, and capacity enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date network topology diagrams and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with telecom providers and ISPs for WAN connectivity, SLAs, and service issue resolution.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and ensure network resilience for NADRA’s mission-critical operations.
