Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all donor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses to donor communications.
• Manage the end-to-end receipting, acknowledgment, and pledge management process, including reviewing all outgoing donor letters and reminders before dispatch.
• Reconcile donation records against payment receipts and proactively resolve discrepancies across multiple donor accounts.
• Track instalment schedules and payment statuses, following up with donors to ensure commitments are fulfilled on time.
• Develop and maintain a re-solicitation strategy for existing donors and support outreach for other strategic fundraising initiatives.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing donor reports, proposals, presentations, and request letters for various fundraising campaigns.
• Contribute content to the annual Impact Report and the bi-monthly institutional newsletter.
• Manage MoU records, donation cheque files, and donor-sponsored student parking program data in both digital and physical formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred from an HEC recognized university
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience; prior experience in compliance within a resource mobilization or fundraising function is preferred
• Key Skills: Advanced MS Excel, data entry and management, strong written and verbal English communication, basic financial knowledge

Executive – IT Network

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including switches, wireless access points, and structured cabling across IBA campuses.
• Monitor network performance continuously to ensure system availability, reliability, and optimal operation.

Project Engineer – Civil (Project-Based)

• Independently manage on-site construction activities, providing timely solutions to contractor queries and technical issues.
• Liaise with consultants to convey user requirements accurately and oversee preparation of drawings and cost estimates.

• Synchronize Civil and MEP teams to prevent design clashes and costly reworks during project execution.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized university
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, working on mid-scale or large-scale construction projects
• Key Skills: AutoCAD and CAD software, BOQ and cost estimation, site supervision, MEP coordination, tendering and bid evaluation, field testing (soil, concrete), surveying, project documentation and report writing
