Job Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and verify citizen data into NADRA’s national identity database.
- Process CNIC applications, renewals, and modifications at the assigned registration center.
- Verify submitted documents against NADRA’s data entry and verification protocols.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security in line with NADRA’s information handling policies.
- Assist citizens with queries related to CNIC applications and required documentation.
- Ensure timely and error-free processing to meet daily registration center targets.
- Report technical or data discrepancies to the center supervisor for resolution.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records as per NADRA’s documentation standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Intermediate (HSSC) or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills: Data entry accuracy, basic computer literacy, attention to detail, customer interaction.
- Domicile: Candidates must be residents of the respective tehsil as per CNIC/Domicile.
- Age Limit: Maximum 25 years (5 years general relaxation already included).
