Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Master’s degree or MBA with HR specialization, or a relevant professional HR qualification, is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 to 7 years in senior management and leadership positions.
Proven record of leading HR functions in large, complex, corporate or multi-site organizations.
Strong experience in HR compliance, governance and risk management, and in advising the Board and senior management on strategic HR matters.
Sound knowledge of applicable HR policies, employment regulations and labour laws.

Skills & Other Requirements

Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and stakeholder management skills are an added advantage.
