Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and communicate SSGC’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and build a strong risk culture across departments.
  • Recommend risk management policies, risk appetite and risk limits, and design the tools and methodologies for using them.
  • Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments, monitor priority risks and run risk workshops to confirm risk registers.
  • Lead the system-wide information security risk management function and compliance program based on ISO 2700X.
  • Lead risk assessments of enterprise, network, application and cloud infrastructure and assess the adequacy of security controls.
  • Develop IT risk metrics and reports for management and define common assessment criteria across operating departments.
  • Guide the IT function in information systems risk assessment, covering risks such as loss of critical systems, suppliers and key employees.
  • Manage external consultants and plan risk awareness sessions for IT and Operations / Technical staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education and Experience (option 1): Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Electrical) with at least 9 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Education and Experience (option 2): BCS or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Leadership: At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Functional / Team Lead.
  • Registration: PEC registration is mandatory for engineers.
  • Preferred Certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, etc.; training in ISO 31000 risk management is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Implementation of Information Security Management Systems based on ISO 2700X.
