Job Responsibilities

Collect fees, charges and other revenue from patients and visitors and issue computerized receipts for each payment.
Enter every transaction accurately into the HMIS/ERP system at the time of collection.
Count and verify cash at the end of each shift and prepare the daily collection summary for the accounts section.
Deposit collected cash in the designated bank account within the prescribed time and keep the deposit slips on file.
Process authorized refunds and adjustments only against proper approvals and record them in the register.
Identify counterfeit or suspicious currency notes and report them to the supervising officer immediately.
Reconcile receipts with system reports and clearly explain any differences to the Accounts Officer.
Keep the cash counter and cash records secure and orderly, including handover notes between shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: BBA/B.Com (Hons) 16 years of education with specialization in accounts/finance/banking or equivalent degree from HEC-recognized University
Experience: Minimum one (01) year of experience in cash management and handling, cashier operations, and revenue/receipt collection, with proficiency in computerized data entry using HMIS/ERP systems
Preferred: Preference will be given to candidate having DIT from recognized Board
Domicile: KP (Merged Districts Erstwhile FATA)
