Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of software products from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple concurrent software initiatives.
• Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies to keep deliverables on track.
• Spearhead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with government client stakeholders for developed digital products.
• Lead implementation activities across partner government agencies to ensure adoption by end-users.
• Maintain active product roadmaps in close collaboration with technical teams and government stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA staff throughout the development lifecycle.
• Report project status, risks, and milestones regularly to senior management and client departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; OR Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications
• Experience: Proven experience in Agile software development methodologies with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Research Analyst GIS

Job Responsibilities

• Perform complex spatial analysis and modeling using various types of geospatial data and GIS techniques.

• Conduct rigorous economic research and analysis on topics relevant to urban economics and municipal finance.
• Assess development challenges and opportunities within Punjab’s urban settings and municipalities.
• Provide senior-level policy recommendations to public and private sector organizations and government departments.
• Lead the development of strategies for sustainable and inclusive urban growth across project areas.
• Guide and mentor junior economists and specialists within the economics team.
