• Lump sum package: PKR 150,000 per month, including all fringe benefits, perks and allowances.
• Annual increment and career progression are governed by the BOD-FESCO approved policy.
• Promotions are based on the FESCO Performance Management System.

• The age limit is up to 33 years as on the closing date, with general relaxation already included.
• An additional 3 years of relaxation for Scheduled Castes and Buddhists.
• Government servants with 2 years of continuous service get 10 years of relaxation.

• Contract: Appointments are on a contract basis and will neither be regularized in future at any stage nor be pensionable under Government Rules.
• In-service candidates in Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous organizations may apply through proper channel with a NOC on the department’s letterhead.
• Not eligible: Dismissed employees of any organization and candidates with a criminal record.
