1. Business Innovation Manager (Molecular Lab)

Job Purpose

Roche Diagnostics Pakistan is looking for a Product Manager, internally titled Manager Business Innovation Molecular. The role develops marketing plans for specific products, turns scientific clinical data into commercial implications, and analyses data to recommend strategy for new product launches.

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, lead, execute and coordinate product launches, promotions, scientific training for the Sales team, customer and market analyses, marketing plans and the allocated A&P budget.
• Co-create promotional, educational, access and partnership initiatives with the Medical and Sales teams to speed up adoption of Diagnostics solutions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and communicate unique value propositions for the Diagnostics portfolio.
• Identify strategic partners, public or private, to improve patient access, such as MoH, telehealth providers, insurance companies, NGOs and hospitals.
• Co-develop marketing plans based on market insights and analytics, informed by regular key customer visits.
• Source and analyse market insights on new product launch potential, competitor intelligence, hospital procurement policies and pricing.
• Use globally developed campaigns and brand assets to deploy locally translated promotional and educational materials.
• Lead KOL engagement and speaker programs.
• Use medical and scientific studies to create content for patients, HCPs and institutions.
• Drive the shift to engaging HCPs on digital marketing platforms and manage digital and social media channels.
• Make double visits with the Sales team to shape product training and promotional content.
• Coordinate with Medical on strategic events such as symposia and conferences.
• Ensure full compliance with Roche policies and work with Quality & Regulatory for timely approval and documentation.
• Track and consolidate analytics and ROI KPIs, and define and track key metrics for product success and business impact.
• Share actionable competitive market analytics with internal stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Science graduate with Pharm D; MBA preferred
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in the In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry
• Key Skills: A change mindset with deep analysis of commercial data; strategic thinking and planning; ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment; strong MS Office and technical ability; strong verbal and written English with presentation and facilitation skills

2. Patient Journey Partner

Job Purpose

The Patient Journey Partner is the primary, but non-exclusive, point of contact between stakeholders and Roche. The role makes sure Roche’s products are used effectively and supports patient access, and it calls for strong therapeutic area knowledge and healthcare experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, non-exclusive point of contact between stakeholders and Roche.
• Support Roche’s products through their lifecycle and promote their appropriate use, including communicating their merits to healthcare professionals.
• Show understanding of the disease landscape and product knowledge.
• Keep a broad understanding of the therapeutic area and its future pipeline to work on future-based solutions.
• Partner with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and deliver value for patients and the community.
• Educate HCPs on pre-approved and post-approved products.
• Support patients’ access to available funds such as PBM/SSP and others.
• Proactively communicate with HCPs about Patient Support Programs (PSP).
• Act as a system thinker who finds shared purpose among stakeholders and co-creates solutions within the ecosystem.
• Report incidents and accidents immediately to the SHE department and complete all required trainings.
• Identify, collect and immediately report safety-related information on Roche products to the Local Safety Responsible.
• Maintain electronic and physical records as per the Local Core Map policy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Pharm D degree required; a business degree is a plus
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant therapeutic area experience; nephrology and rheumatology experience preferred; cross-functional experience required
• Key Skills: Track record of achieving objectives, collaboration and teamwork; strong business acumen across commercialization, medical and customer experience; growth mindset; deep understanding of patient journeys and treatments in the disease area; broad understanding of Roche’s portfolio and pipeline and of medical affairs strategies including clinical research; agile ways of working a plus
