Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a Government of Punjab-owned, not-for-profit institution leading one of the most impactful development initiatives in Pakistan’s rural sector. Under the World Bank–funded Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP), PRMSC is tasked with designing, implementing, and expanding sustainable rural water and sanitation systems across 16 tehsils. Our mission is to improve public health, empower rural communities, promote gender inclusion, and establish resilient infrastructure that supports long-term economic and environmental sustainability.

Monthly Salary: Rs. 796,250/-
Key Requirements: BSc Public Health Engineering/Civil Engineering. 15 years total experience with 8 years in similar projects. Knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, laws, and municipal services policies is essential.

Senior Manager Gender (PPS-10)
Monthly Salary: Rs. 568,750/-
Key Requirements: Master’s in Gender Studies/Sociology/Anthropology/Social Sciences. 8 years total experience with 4 years in similar projects related to gender mainstreaming and community mobilization.

Senior Manager BCC (PPS-10)
