Responsibilities: Assist in running the manufacturing operation for the plant. Manage all manufacturing areas including engineering (planned and preventative), utilities, facilities, and palletisation areas. Ensure all manufactured products are of high quality and that the site conforms to required levels of hygiene and safety standards while meeting production cost targets. Drive continuous improvement, identify safety techniques, quality initiatives, and cost saving opportunities. Monitor and optimize production costs, ensure efficient operations, run strategy, and savings initiatives. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3-5 years experience in relevant Make/Manufacturing roles within a high-volume environment (FMCG preferred) required.
