Responsibilities: Provide customer service functions including interactions with Ground Handling Agents (GHA) for import/export matters. Reconsolidate booking requests from freight forwarders and direct customers. Input booking data according to airline instructions. Coordinate service recovery to protect customer experience. Liaise with customs, health authorities, QR headquarters, and other stations. Ensure correct priority for shipments and irregularity codes. Distribute cargo information and arrival notifications. Produce weekly/monthly customer experience reports. Requires 3 years job-related experience + vocational/diploma education + legal right to work in Pakistan.
