Job Summary: Provide high-quality medical care to SSGC employees, manage health services and ensure compliance with medical regulations, including health assessments and workplace health and safety.

Job Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat illnesses of employees and assess and manage work-related injuries and illnesses in line with occupational health regulations.
  • Advise employees and supervisors on workplace safety so that injuries and health risks are prevented.
  • Keep accurate, confidential medical records and update them regularly after follow-up visits.
  • Follow healthcare regulations, company policy and occupational health standards in all medical practice.
  • Work with HR, HSE officers and other healthcare providers to support employee health and safety at the Nawabshah location.
  • Study health trends in the workforce and run health surveillance programs to detect problems early.
  • Train employees in first aid, CPR and disease prevention, and keep case summaries of chronic medical cases.
  • Refer patients to panel facilities for specialist treatment, surgery or tests, and help prepare hospital admission forms.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: MBBS from an institute recognized by PMDC.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field, with proven clinical practice, preferably in occupational health or corporate healthcare.
  • Preferred: Certification in occupational health.
  • Registration: Valid PMDC registration.
  • Gender: Open to all qualified candidates (women encouraged).
